With over two decades of teaching, performance, and ensemble leadership experience, Soroush is a dedicated violin and viola instructor committed to helping students build strong technical foundations, musical confidence, creativity, and artistic expression in a supportive and inspiring learning environment. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music Performance from the prestigious Yerevan State Conservatory and brings extensive international training and professional performance experience to his teaching.
At Cadenza Music & Art Academy, Soroush provides personalized violin and viola lessons for children, teens, and adults of all experience levels, from beginners discovering music for the first time to advanced students preparing for performances, festivals, auditions, competitions, and Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) examinations. His lessons combine strong classical foundations with the flexibility to explore contemporary, pop, jazz, orchestral, and ensemble-based repertoire depending on each student’s goals and interests.
Students working with Soroush develop important musical skills including posture, bow technique, tone production, ear training, rhythm, sight reading, musical interpretation, ensemble collaboration, and performance preparation. His teaching approach emphasizes discipline, creativity, confidence, and musical versatility while encouraging students to enjoy the artistic and emotional aspects of music-making.
Throughout his career, Soroush has guided students through recitals, concerts, festivals, ensemble performances, and professional stage experiences while mentoring musicians of different ages and backgrounds. In addition to private instruction, he leads ensemble and orchestra programs at Cadenza Music & Art Academy, helping students gain valuable collaborative and live performance experience in a creative and community-oriented atmosphere. Through regular performances in Cadenza’s professional recital hall, students are encouraged to build confidence, stage presence, and a lifelong appreciation for music and artistic growth.
